Fresh mozzarella made that morning, imported cheese and salumi, real Italian pasta and tomatoes — delivered to your door along the shore and inland to Freehold, on our own refrigerated trucks. Now running.
Most Italian groceries in New Jersey are stores. If you want good mozzarella you drive to one, and you go on a day they got a delivery. The grocery delivery services that do exist — the app on your phone — shop the same supermarket shelves you would, and their driver’s car isn’t refrigerated.
We come at it from the other end. We’re a distributor. We already run refrigerated trucks along the shore and inland four days a week, supplying restaurants, pizzerias and Italian markets. Fresh mozzarella is on our truck the morning it’s made. Adding houses to a route we’re already driving is the easy part.

Because everything travels cold, someone needs to be home — or you leave a cooler outside the door with an ice pack inside and we pack it straight in and text you a photo. How that works →
