Now delivering

Home Delivery

The same mozzarella, the same trucks, delivered to houses along the routes we already drive. Made in the morning, at your door that day.

The GMK Box — mozzarella, burrata, Pecorino, olives and two bags of fresh pasta. $50, with complimentary delivery on your town’s scheduled day.

Why the trucks matter

Fresh mozzarella can’t be shipped.

Ours is made by Lioni Latticini in Union, New Jersey, and it’s at its best the day it’s made. No parcel carrier can get it to you in that condition — which is why the good stuff has always meant a trip to a market that gets a delivery.

We already drive those trucks. That’s the whole idea.
