Now delivering · first boxes this month
Delivered on the same refrigerated trucks that supply the restaurants you eat at, on the day we’re already in your town.
Your pasta. Every box comes with two bags of troccoli. Grate the Pecorino over it with black pepper and you have made cacio e pepe. If you would rather have another cut, substitute trofie or orecchiette.
Complimentary delivery on your town’s scheduled day. Kindly order by 2pm the day before. Please be home to receive it, or leave a cooler outside with an ice pack inside — we carry fresh cheese and cannot leave it unrefrigerated.
We’re keeping the first few weeks small on purpose, so every box goes out right. If it says sold out, that week has gone — join the list and we’ll tell you when the next one opens.
Where we’ll deliver
We already run these routes every week for the restaurants and markets we supply. Your town has a day — that’s the day we come to you.

Tuesdays & Fridays
Belmar · Lake Como · Spring Lake Heights · Wall · Brielle · Farmingdale · Howell · Freehold Township · Freehold Borough
Thursdays

Mozzarella picked up on a Monday was made the Friday before — three days old before it ever reaches a door. What we collect on a Tuesday was almost always made that Monday morning. So we don’t run Mondays. It is the one day of the week we could easily add, and it is the one day the cheese wouldn’t be worth it.
How it will work
Order by two the afternoon before your town’s day. We pick and pack that evening and you’re on the truck in the morning.
Straight out of the refrigerated van and into your hands, with the temperature logged from our door to yours. Not left on a step.
It comes in a paper bag you can recycle. No tote to remember, nothing stacking up by your door.

Fresh mozzarella, burrata and salumi have to stay cold, and we’re not permitted to leave them sitting on a doorstep. So on your delivery day, one of two things needs to happen.
We hand it to you at the door. Simplest, and we’ll give you a window so you’re not waiting around all day.
A cooler outside the door with an ice pack inside, somewhere out of direct sun. We’ll pack your order in, close it, and text you a photo the moment it’s there.
We can’t leave the order — we’ll take it back cold and text you to sort out another day. First time is on us. And once your order is in your cooler it’s in your hands, so bring it in when you can: a cooler with an ice pack in it buys you a few hours, not a whole afternoon.
Delivery is complimentary on your town’s scheduled day, and there is no minimum — the box is the order. Belmar through Freehold is served twice weekly, Tuesday and Friday, so you are never waiting long.
Coming with launch
Twelve months. Twelve curated selections. A monthly indulgence in what is exceptional, seasonal and worth savoring.
Pay $50 a month and the twelfth month is complimentary.
Billed monthly, nothing up front — $550 across the year for twelve boxes. Your price is held for the full twelve months, whatever happens to ours.
Twelve boxes, none of them the same. Here are three examples:
February
Two Roman dishes, four ingredients between them, and the two things nobody can buy locally.
July
The month the tomatoes are worth eating raw. Everything here is a partner to one.
December
Christmas Eve. Seafood, bufala and the pasta to go under it. The biggest box of the year.
Going away, or simply do not want April? Skip it from your account and that month is not billed. The box moves to the end of your year, so you still receive all twelve. Nothing is lost and nothing renews behind your back.
Trade one item in any box for something else on the list. A house that doesn’t eat pork should still be able to belong.
Members can add anything we carry to their next box — no delivery charge, because the truck is already coming to you.
The club opens once the first weeks of boxes have run and we know the routine holds. People on the list hear first. Join the list →
Straight with you
Home delivery has just begun, and we’re holding the numbers down while we learn the routine — how long a box takes to pack, how the cold holds on a long run, what people actually want in it. Food that has to stay at 41°F deserves a company that can prove it did, and proving it means starting small rather than starting loud.
So some weeks will sell out. That’s deliberate. Join the list and you’ll know when the next week opens. And if you run a restaurant or a market, we can take care of you today.
